Busser

As a Busser at Rita’s on the River, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in creating a smooth, clean, and welcoming dining experience. You’ll support the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a tidy restaurant, and helping ensure our guests feel taken care of from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly Keep dining areas, patios, and service stations clean and organized Maintain cleanliness of floors and chairs throughout the shift Dispose of trash and dirty dishware responsibly Communicate effectively with FOH team and managers Requirements: Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to stay active and move quickly for long periods Team player with a positive, helpful attitude Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting Weekend and holiday availability required Compensation & Benefits: $10 per hour + tipshare Access to Next Level Prime Membership Closed on Sunday Opportunities for advancement A fun and high-energy work environment on the River Walk Salary $10 - $10 per hour
