Treasury Specialist What you’ll do: The Treasury Specialist supports day-to-day Treasury operations across the Americas, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of supplier, payroll, tax, employee, and other business-critical payments through Autoliv banking platforms. The role monitors cash positions and cash flows, supports cash-pool and surplus-fund activities, maintains banking controls and documentation, performs treasury-related financial analysis, responds to internal and external audit requirements, and collaborates closely with Corporate Treasury in Sweden and regional stakeholders.

The role operates in a high-volume, multi-entity and multi-currency environment where accuracy, urgency, sound judgment, and strong controls are essential. Key challenges include maintaining sufficient liquidity for operating requirements, anticipating funding needs, identifying and resolving payment or banking exceptions, and balancing daily execution with continuous-improvement priorities.

The position works closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Foreign Trade, local Finance teams, partner banks, and Corporate Treasury to support cash-flow forecasting and business continuity. What is required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced English skills
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in corporate Treasury, banking operations, cash management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous exposure to high-volume payment environments, multiple legal entities and bank accounts, and multi-currency cash operations. Experience supporting regional or shared-services operations is preferred.
