The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments by ensuring efficient administration, seamless communication, and effective coordination across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administration across the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments Manage service logs, repairs, stock levels, and departmental records Support team scheduling, operational briefings, and interdepartmental communication Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain storeroom standards Assist with preventative maintenance coordination and issue tracking Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently maintained Support a seamless luxury guest experience through proactive problem-solving and efficient coordination Prepare reports, monitor recurring issues, and assist with operational improvements Requirements: Previous administration or coordinator experience within hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or operations Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Confidence working with Microsoft Office and administrative systems Ability to remain calm and efficient within a fast-paced luxury environment Team-focused attitude with a passion for operational excellence Package: Salary negotiable depending on experience This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys creating order behind the scenes while contributing to a polished and seamless luxury guest experience.
