Relocation Packages offered to those looking to move to WA. As Epiroc Product Support Technicians, you will play an essential role in supporting our Pilbara Service Operations. These roles can be offered on a Variety of either 8/6 or 2/2 rosters to suit your lifestyle!

Responsibilities

of this role consist of but are not limited to the below: Understand and comply with OH&S policies and procedures Perform maintenance and repairs to Epiroc Surface Drills Diagnose and fault find mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems Carry out modifications and installations to new machinery Repair, rebuild and service customer machines Provide support to customers as needed Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders The successful applicant must have: Extensive HME maintenance knowledge and experience Atlas Copco/Epiroc surface drills product knowledge and experience is essential particularly in Pit Vipers, D65's and T45's Relevant Trade qualifications An unrelenting safety focus Commitment to providing quality customer service Excellent communication skills Problem-solving ability, diagnostic and trouble shooting skills Ability to handle and work under pressure Computer literacy Country and city description Newman, Western Australia What we offer: Super on all hours worked Company-paid Income Protection Unlimited career opportunities Paid parental leave for primary and non-primary carers Above NES long service leave Years of service recognition awards Training and mentorship opportunities One off interstate relocation bonus and flights Epiroc is recognised today as a genuine global leader in innovative product engineering solutions.
