MSW/BSW Case Manager (PRN)

This position is located at Deaconess Midtown or Gateway campus. Position Requirements: BSW Case Manager Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW)

• Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program. Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred.
