Develop, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Cooperate closely with Production and Engineering teams to support new product introductions and resolve technical issues. Lead, coordinate, and support the technologist team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and developing team capabilities.

Maintain and regularly update the team's Skill Matrix while identifying training and development needs. Support the registration and protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) by providing the necessary technical documentation and expertise. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical data maintained within the ERP system.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and technological processes. Technical education Previous experience as a Manufacturing/Process Technologist in a production environment. Experience leading or coordinating a technical team is an advantage. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings. Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills. Communicative level of English. Referral bonus 400€. Commuting allowance (2.50€ or 3.50€ per day worked depending on the number of km).
