We’re looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to join our patient-focused team! Your Schedule: Monday: 8:30am – 4pm Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30am–5pm Friday: 8:30am–2pm Pay rate: $18-$23/hr What We’re Looking For Dental or medical administrative experience Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation Experience explaining treatment and financial options to patients Dental insurance knowledge preferred Familiarity with CDT codes preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills What You’ll Do Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments. Answer phones and respond to patient questions. Verify dental insurance benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, copayments, and coverage limitations. Present treatment estimates and explain patient financial responsibilities. Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.

Collect payments, answer billing questions, and assist with financial arrangements. Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidential information.
