HRBP - HR People Management

Drive and socialize Human Resource (HR) standards and strategic practices by providing tailored guidance, data-backed insights, and solutions on People matters to business leaders, ensuring all strategic decisions align with HR perspectives within the project period. Maintain annual and quarterly manpower planning, oversee employee selection, orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring complete alignment with company policies and prevailing Indonesia Labor Law.

Generate regular analytical reports and updates regarding HR metrics, operational issues, and project milestones for both the HR Lead and Business Leaders. Evaluate and resolve complex Legal or Industrial Relations issues to maintain strict compliance with internal regulations and statutory labor standards. Conduct thorough, objective, and efficient workplace investigations for HR-related concerns, formulating comprehensive action plans and corrective measures.

Perform deep-dive operational analytics and gap analyses on existing business processes to enable HR to design, launch, and execute targeted programs, initiatives, and organizational solutions. Collaborate closely with the HR Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve intricate HR business issues that require specialized functional expertise and strategic intervention.

Formulate, review, and revise department-specific HR policies and operational guidelines for assigned business units to maintain organizational scalability. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources business partnering, organizational development, or HR generalist area.

Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, manpower planning, industrial relation, organization structure analysis and performance management.
