Donor Relations Manager

Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced Donor Relations Manager. The Donor Relations Manager serves as a primary bridge between the school and community, balancing donor stewardship, engagement, event experiences, and volunteer leadership with essential gift processing, prospect research, donor services, and departmental support.

A detail-oriented, tech-savvy self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, this individual thrives both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They are passionate about solving complex problems, managing database systems, communicating insights effectively, and handling confidential information discreetly while interfacing with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Database & Partner Coordination Donor Analytics & Prospect Research Gift Processing & Donor Services Operational & Administrative Support Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential donor data with discretion. Acute attention to detail and accuracy of work Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Strong proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Research.

Point, and nonprofit database administration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
