Safety Support Specialist

Safety Supports are responsible for working with the care teams to ensure ongoing one to one supervision and observation of a patient deemed: suicide risk, M-1, or safety risk to self or others. Provides compassion, support, and resources to the patient, the family, and the care team as needed. All activities and resources provided will ensure alignment with the mission, vision and values of the department and organization
