Finance Transformation Associate

Summary: This role is pivotal in driving finance transformation initiatives within the organization, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, leveraging technology, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities

Support finance transformation projects, including process optimization and automation initiatives. Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify inefficiencies and uncover cost-saving opportunities. Partner with finance, IT, and operations teams to design and execute transformation strategies. Assist in the implementation of new financial systems, software platforms, and reporting tools.

Communicate process changes to stakeholders and deliver targeted training to ensure smooth adoption. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to monitor transformation progress. Support the integration of financial technology (Fin. Tech) solutions to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities to support strategic decision-making.
