Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand image. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty. Stay updated with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and address customer pain points, offering suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Assist in developing customer engagement strategies and initiatives. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer service. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
