We are looking to connect with PTs interested in providing home-based therapy to automobile accident and workers’ compensation patients. Med? $85 per visit Weekly pay Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunities to work with patients closer to home when cases are available One-on-one, home-based patient care Automobile accident and workers’ compensation patients Opportunities to supplement your current income or build a caseload around your schedule Position Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on each patient’s needs and established plan of care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate. Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.

Follow applicable professional standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned patient homes. Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating care with the appropriate healthcare team.
