*$ Director of Surgical Services - Full Time - Days

Under the general direction of the VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse, the Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the overall operational and financial management of assigned departments. The Director assumes 24-hour, seven day a week responsibility, authority, and accountability for ensuring that the department, and all individuals within the service line, achieve and maintain the clinical expectations for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients and are competent to deliver care appropriate to all of the patients served.

The service lines includes: Surgery, Flex/Pre-op, Surgical Suites, PACU, ASD-Endoscopy Suite, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasounds Services in Cath Lab, and Central Sterile Supply.
