Job description
- Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders
- Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly
- Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues
- Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience
- Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
- Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse
- Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports Requirements Educational Qualification : Any graduate Communication : Excellent communication in English & Hindi Skills : MS-Office , Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Basic computer knowledge, Management skills, Ability to work under pressure Benefits Salary : 3L -4LPA + Health Insurance No dress code
