Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 116 Meridian Way Suite 9 Richmond, KY 40475 Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Richmond, Kentucky. We’re welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates. Our Full-Time outpatient clinicians at H2 Health generally target approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden.

At H2 Health – Richmond, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence through individualized, evidence-based care.

Your Role

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training Help patients progress toward mobility, strength, and functional goals Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs Collaborate with clinicians and support staff Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.

Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification, where applicable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
