Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about IT sales and eager to build a successful career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online channels
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable IT product/service solutions
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and demos virtually
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent post-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Follow up consistently with potential clients to close sales deals Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of IT sales or inside sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is preferred
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Skills:
