Responsibilities

:- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and data analysis. Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and timely information for sales follow-ups.

Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales campaigns with promotional activities and customer outreach. Participate in client meetings and calls to understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. Track and report on sales performance metrics and contribute insights to improve sales strategies.

Assist in the documentation and processing of sales transactions and customer onboarding procedures. Stay informed about the bank’s financial products, services, and industry trends to effectively support the sales team. Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling appointments and managing communications.

Engage in training sessions to develop knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
