Customer Service Rep - CSR

Description CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives! Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Work Location: In person Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays Position Summary Kilter Termite and Pest Control is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our CSRs play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers from the first phone call through completion of service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced office, and is comfortable handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with scheduling, account questions, service information, and general concerns Schedule and coordinate customer appointments Provide accurate information and excellent customer service by phone and in person Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Maintain organized customer records and documentation Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Manage correspondence and follow up with customers as needed Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and other team members Maintain professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude Provide bilingual customer support when applicable Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment Strong computer and data-entry skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar business applications Ability to learn new software and company systems Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual skills are highly valued but not required Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid vacation Some paid holidays Weekly pay with direct deposit Join Our Team At Kilter Termite and Pest Control, we are committed to providing outstanding service to our customers while creating a supportive and professional workplace for our employees.

Requirements

High School Graduate. Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls. Must have a strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in the English language. Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers. Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction..

Must have the ability to multi-task. Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to work and ready to learn.
