General Service Technician – Yes Auto Fix Medical Center (Houston, TX 77025) Yes Auto Fix, part of D.I.B. Automotive Group, is hiring a General Service (GS) Technician for our busy Medical Center shop on Stella Link Rd. If you have hands-on shop experience, take pride in clean, accurate work, and want to build your skills toward becoming a full-line technician, this role pays $15–$20 per hour, based on experience.

Automotive Group’s 7 Houston-area shops Your Day-to-Day Do oil changes, fluid services, filters, and other preventive maintenance Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Do brake inspections and brake jobs (pads, rotors, calipers) Replace batteries, belts, hoses, wipers, and bulbs Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) with clear notes and photos Do Texas state inspections (if licensed) Help senior technicians with diagnostics and larger repairs Report findings accurately so service advisors can explain them to customers Follow shop procedures, torque specs, and safety standards Keep your bay, tools, and equipment clean and organized Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs Requirements 2+ years of automotive maintenance or repair experience Solid knowledge of maintenance, tires, brakes, and basic mechanical repair Your own basic hand tools Valid Texas driver’s license Texas State Inspector license preferred ASE certifications a plus (G1, A4, A5, or similar) Experience with digital inspections or shop management software (Tekmetric or similar) a plus Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ready to Grow Your Career?
