Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living required Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & Availability Part-Time Hours 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every other weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) Conveniently located in Timonium, MD , Lorien Mays Chapel is a 93-bed skilled nursing facility providing high-quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our dedicated team offers 24/7 nursing and medical support , along with comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services — all designed to help our residents achieve the best possible outcomes.
