Senior Manager, Group Sustainability Governance, Reporting & Systems

Ensure compliance and performance reporting across Sustainability Framework commitments, policies, and objectives throughout the organization. Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure—including the Annual Sustainability Report and Board/management reporting—and manage ESG ratings and investor disclosures across GRESB, MSCI, DJSI, and other frameworks.

Oversee sustainability data collection and drive continuous improvement of data systems, reporting platforms, and performance tracking across all operating markets. Support Portfolios to ensure relevant Group sustainability requirements are embedded into annual business plans and budgets. Shape sustainability communications strategy and build strategic relationships with investors, tenants, financial institutions, and industry organisations.

Represent Hongkong Land in relevant industry working groups, conferences, forums and stakeholder engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Real Estate or related discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leading sustainability reporting for listed multi-national company. Experience in real estate is highly preferred. Deep expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and ratings (GRESB, MSCI, DJSI), sustainable finance, enterprise ESG data management platforms, and external assurance processes.

Results-oriented, collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of influencing across all levels and communicating complex insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact. Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
