Human Resources Intern

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team on-site for the Fall semester, with the potential for an extension. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including open enrollment, benefits administration, applicant tracking, compliance, etc.

Responsibilities Include

Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process Maintain and update employee records in HR databases Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed You’re The Ideal Candidate If You Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented Have a proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
