Building Maintenance Superintendent

The Dougherty County Facilities Management Department is hiring for a Building Maintenance Superintendent. The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance and repairs on county and other assigned facilities.

Responsibilities include

mechanical maintenance and general operation of the facility/facilities that include electrical, HVAC plumbing, painting, and carpentry. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
