• German Artisan Sourdough Salary: R8 000- R10 000 Working Hours 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift) (Subject to change to 9:00 PM - 05:00 AM) We specialize in traditional German sourdough baking, and we are looking for someone who values craftsmanship, discipline, and consistency in their work. Our bakery focuses on 100% sourdough fermentation and German baking craftsmanship, and we are looking for someone reliable who wants to be part of a team that values quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities

Bake a variety of breads and pastries to a consistently high standard Mix, shape, proof and bake according to daily production schedules Monitor oven temperatures and baking times Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards Keep the bakery clean and equipment well maintained Manage stock levels and report shortages Requirements: Experience in baking bread & pastry (professional bakery experience preferred) Passion for baking and working with quality ingredients Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transport to and from work (night shift) Ability to follow processes and maintain high quality standards What we value At Bäckerei, we care about craftsmanship, consistency, and pride in the work we produce every day.
