Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in building a positive brand image and fostering long-lasting customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and empathy. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and techniques. Familiarity with BFSI industry and its products/services is an asset.
