DevSecOps Engineer

Architect, implement, and enhance secure Dev. Sec. Ops pipelines to support automated software development, testing, and deployment processes. Integrate security controls and automated vulnerability assessments throughout the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle. Configure, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

Leverage Cloud Native Computing technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms, to support application deployment and management. Establish and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, AWS Cloud. Formation, or Ansible to streamline infrastructure provisioning.

Embed security best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards. Identify, evaluate, and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Develop automation scripts and tools using programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Java to improve operational efficiency and deployment processes.

Collaborate with software developers, infrastructure engineers, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen application security and improve Dev. Sec. Ops practices. Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance cloud security, system performance, and operational resilience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant hands-on experience as a Dev. Sec. Ops Engineer, with practical exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security automation. Proficient in Cloud Native Computing tools, including Docker, Kubernetes as well as understanding the Software Development Life Cycle & Dev.
