Maintenance Technician

American Communities is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and help keep our community running smoothly. In this role, you’ll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances), and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep.
