Floating Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Are you a motivated, professional individual who enjoys sales, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home? American Communities is seeking a flexible and customer-focused Bilingual Floating Leasing Consultant to support four apartment communities as needed. In this role, you will assist with leasing activities, conduct property tours, respond to prospective residents, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting occupancy goals across all four properties.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable traveling between properties while maintaining a positive and professional approach. If you have 1 year or more of leasing or sales experience and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you join our team!
