Sales Supervisor (RUMIDA)

Supervising and leading the sales team by monitoring daily activities, leading regular briefings, and ensuring sales strategies align with the project goals at Rumida Subang. Overseeing individual and team sales pipelines, lead conversions, and KPI achievements on a regular basis. Providing hands-on guidance, negotiation training, and support to sales staff to enhance their presentation and closing skills.

Proactively sourcing new potential buyers (leads) through various channels (digital marketing, site events, referrals) while guiding the team's outreach efforts. Delivering compelling and detailed presentations of the property (unit types, facilities, pricing, payment schemes) to prospective clients at the sales gallery or site.

Handling price negotiations and terms, and assisting clients with the necessary paperwork for mortgages (KPR) or cash payments to finalize the sale. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients pre- and post-sale, ensuring high customer satisfaction across the board. Collecting, verifying, and providing regular (daily/weekly) consolidated reports on team sales activities and pipeline status to the management team.

Requirements

Minimum D3 or Bachelor's Degree (preferred), with proven experience in team leadership or supervising sales staff. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, including a track record in leadership, or senior sales roles (experience in Property, Automotive, Banking, or Insurance is a plus). Strong negotiation skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication to mentor staff and manage clients.

Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, with strong capability in monitoring team performance and maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Must possess personal transportation (motorbike/car) and be willing to work on weekends/public holidays as needed.

Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.
