Central Woodwork is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and customer-focused Inside Dealer Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a distributor of construction materials and shelf products, Central Woodwork proudly serves customers throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and parts of Georgia. Our Inside Dealer Sales team has built a strong reputation within the industry, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

Communicate with customers by phone and email to promote and sell Central Woodwork products. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales goals. Develop a thorough understanding of Central Woodwork’s product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations and solutions to customers.

Prepare and process customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently. Help ensure timely product delivery while following established company policies and procedures. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or trade school education preferred. Experience & Skills Millwork experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Strong computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
