Kent is looking for an HRBP, to support ongoing projects. Skills and Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Oversight and Assurance of Recruitment and Selection Processes: Verify that the selection of personnel is effective in accordance with the organization’s needs regarding competencies (technical and organizational), values, and attitudes, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and business requirements.
Compensation

Performance Evaluation System: Align human resources with the Company’s strategic objectives and plans by implementing a performance evaluation system that allows for defining objectives, monitoring progress, and assessing employee results, with the aim of making a positive impact on the achievement of organizational objectives.
Presentation of audits in the processes concerning to the full HR Cycle. Champion HR policy expertise HR: Act as a reference person on HR policies, providing guidance and nuanced interpretations to our group. Support managers and employees in training with clear, actionable information that fosters a productive and compliant work environment.
Drive continuous HR innovation HR: Dynamically collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Be a catalyst for positive change, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations. Cultivate strong leadership relationships: Build and nurture credible partnerships with frontline and mid-level leaders through unwavering trust, seamless collaboration, and effective communication.
Position itself as an indispensable strategic partner to drive the success of the organization. Deliver impactful HR training HR: Support in the design and facilitation of dynamic HR training sessions and presentations. Engage your audience with interactive and informative content that drives understanding and adoption of HR best practices.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently.
All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development. Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or Related Careers. Specialization in Human Talent Management, Human Talent Management or similar.
More than 8 years of experience in Human Talent /2 of them desirable in Oil&Gas. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Communication: Excellent command of the English and Spanish language in both oral and written communication and skills. Behavior/ Core Competencies: Able to step back and have a strategic perspective but also able to drive and complete day to day tasks.
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with a focus on delivering value added client experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. HSSEQ: The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.
