• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales Department as a Relationship Manager for Royale Business clients. This role demands a strategic and client-focused individual who can manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and premium business clients by delivering tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in business development within the financial services sector. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and strengthening the bank's presence in the premium business segment.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Royale Business clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions. Identify and acquire new high-net-worth business clients through targeted prospecting and networking activities. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit and investment products.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and resolve client issues promptly. Monitor client portfolios regularly to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products and services. Prepare detailed business proposals and presentations to support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the bank for the Royale Business segment. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.

Represent the bank at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
