Security Officer - Nights

Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) Functional Area: P&O The Role Proficient at command center duties. Monitor and report on CCTV for any abnormalities or security issues. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion. What You’ll Do Responsible for all command center duties and general patrol duties of the Officer position.

Certified and be able to perform CPR, First Aid and use of an AED. Certified Drug and Alcohol technician. Providing clear concise information to supervisors, co-workers either by radio, written, electronic or in person. Certified Drug and Alcohol technician. Prepare and assist with physical audits, and research and recommend solutions.

Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrences. Perform investigative and follow up to all irregularities. Patrol industrial and office premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

This role will be a on a night shift schedule. Must be able to work Thursday through Sunday from 8pm to 6am CST. #IND123 #LI-AR1 What You’ll Bring High School diploma or GED. Must possess a valid drivers license. Computer experience preferred. Military or Police Science beneficial. 0-2 years security experience. Strong verbal and communication skills required.

Skilled in utilizing building security and lock systems and procedures. Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel as well as understand and follow specific safety procedures and instructions. Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, resolve customer complaints and concerns and gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
