Network Infrastructure Technical Lead

We seek an experienced Network Infrastructure Technical Lead to lead infrastructure operations, network design, construction, and operational improvements. Experience in standardization, automation, and cloud infrastructure is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Lead network construction projects and promote design and construction. Promote infrastructure operation improvements and standardization and automation measures. Manage project progress and issues. Clarify requirements, negotiate, and propose solutions with customers. Review and manage the quality of design documents and construction deliverables.

Promote infrastructure operations and construction work, including servers, networks, and cloud. Collaborate with and manage offshore teams and related vendors.

Requirements

Lead or sub-lead experience in infrastructure operations. Experience in customer negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management. Basic knowledge of servers and networks. Ability to proactively drive projects and solve problems. Fluent Japanese language proficiency. English language proficiency at a conversational level.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating large-scale server or network environments with 1,000 or more servers. Experience operating cloud environments, primarily Azure. Experience in infrastructure design and construction projects. Experience in network construction or operational improvement. Experience collaborating with offshore teams.

Experience in automation and operational quality improvement.
