Management Analyst

Ghostrock Systems Development LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is searching for a Management Analyst to join our Team in Indian Head, MD. Position Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate information for program or project managers. Develop solutions to improve management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods, and resource utilization.

Draft milestones, compile and analyze metrics, conduct studies, and communicate findings. Position Requirements: Junior: 2 years (BA/BS desired; AA/AS plus 2 years may substitute for BA/BS). Mid: 7 years (BA/BS desired; AA/AS plus 4 years may substitute). Senior: >10 years (Master’s desired; BA/BS plus 5 years may substitute).

Experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or cost analysis desired. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs/operations desired (senior/mid).
