Quality Manager - Tarboro, NC

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality performance for the Tarboro manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to drive product quality, process improvements, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Quality Manager will lead quality personnel, oversee ISO compliance activities, manage customer and supplier quality concerns, and champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.
