Group IT Director

GROUP IT DIRECTOR CÉ LA VI Group | Based in Singapore Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer About the Role CÉ LA VI Group is seeking an experienced Group IT Director to lead our technology strategy across existing and future venues. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring our technology infrastructure, business systems and digital initiatives support operational excellence, guest experience and commercial growth.

Working closely with senior leadership and department heads, you will lead the Group IT function, establish consistent standards across markets and drive major technology initiatives through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Delivery Develop and execute the Group IT strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and growth plans. Lead technology delivery for new venue openings, system implementations, integrations and digital transformation projects. Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and risks, taking ownership of delivery outcomes.

Evaluate and implement business-critical platforms and emerging technologies that deliver measurable value. Infrastructure, Security & Governance Establish Group-wide standards for infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, access management and technology usage. Ensure reliable system performance, effective incident management and responsive IT support across venues.

Oversee data governance, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities across all markets. Maintain effective controls for IT assets, software licences, contracts and technology risks. Implement reporting, audit and risk management processes to support informed decision-making.
