2027 Graduate Programme

  • Engineering Locations: Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and regional opportunities across Australia. Brisbane is the primary advertising location; actual placement depends on available project assignments. About the Employer Our client is an engineering and construction business working across transport, defence and major infrastructure. It combines project delivery expertise with a focus on collaboration, technical improvement and sustainable outcomes. The Opportunity Build practical capability through a 2027 graduate intake with an infrastructure construction business. Opportunities cover Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Surveying. The programme provides experience aligned to your discipline rather than a rotation model. Applications remain open until mid-October 2026, with assessments expected in late October or early November.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to infrastructure project work aligned with your discipline and career goals.
  • Develop practical skills alongside experienced project professionals.
  • Participate in masterclasses and an annual graduate conference.
  • Work with a buddy and career coach to support your development.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

  • Be in your final year of a relevant engineering qualification, or have graduated within the past 24 months.
  • An interest in infrastructure, engineering or construction.
  • Reliability, professionalism, initiative and a commitment to quality.
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn and effective collaboration.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights: citizens, permanent residents and eligible Temporary Graduate Visa holders may apply; other restricted temporary visas are not accepted for this programme.
