JOB TITLE: Retailer & Sales Support Advisor REPORTING TO: Country Manager UK & IE JOB PURPOSE The Retailer & Sales Support Advisor is responsible for providing high-quality support to Napoleon retailers and the field sales team across the UK. The role handles retailer enquiries, orders, deliveries and day-to-day sales administration. A key part of the position is supporting the field sales team with customer information, order information, reports and follow-up activities in order to help maintain strong relationships with Napoleon’s retail network. The position also supports the day-to-day operation of the UK sales office and warehouse, working closely with colleagues across customer service, sales and logistics.
