Position Overview**

We’re looking for a skilled Auto Interior & Glass Repair Technicianwith at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior and/or glass repair. You’ll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their highest standard of quality, helping our dealership partners deliver showroom-ready cars to their customers.

Key Responsibilities**

Repair damaged cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces** in vehicle interiors

Restore and refinish dashboards, seats, consoles, headliners, and panels**

Perform color matching and dyeing** on fabric, leather, and trim surfaces

Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, scratches, and combination breaks** in windshields and windows

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with management and dealership personnel

Document all completed repairs with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications**

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience** in automotive interior or glass repair

Strong understanding of material types, dyes, and repair processes

Eye for color accuracy and craftsmanship

Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Must have a valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools
