Flexcube Trade Finance Support Specialist Location: Mumbai (Onsite) Experience: 6-10 Years Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Trade Finance Support Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE, Trade Finance, SWIFT Messaging, FCUBS Integrations, and Banking Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) and related banking applications.
• Support CBS/FCGL EOD & BOD activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Trade Finance transactions including BG, LC, Bills, Trade Loans, Import & Export Finance.
• Support CASA, CL, ELCM, and FCUBS Core modules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot FCUBS Web Services, APIs, and external system integrations.
• Handle foreign inward and outward remittance transactions and support SWIFT operations.
• Support Nostro reconciliation and cross-border payment processes.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking requirements.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Banking Technology/Application Support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) modules.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance (BG, LC, Bills, Trade Loans), ELCM, CASA, CL, and FCUBS Core.
• Experience with SWIFT MT7xx, MT4xx, MT1xx, and MT2xx messages.
• Exposure to ISO 20022 (MX) SWIFT messages.
• Experience with FCUBS API/Web Services integrations and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of EDPMS/IDPMS and Trade Finance contract lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Production Support and Incident Management.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations, Treasury, and Trade Finance processes.
