Teller Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Scheduling, supervising, training, approving employee timecards, and developing staff. Maintaining customer service standards, greeting customers, and facilitating a welcome and customer focused environment. Perform teller transactions as needed. Conduct surprise audits at least monthly; teller drawers, machines, and vault.

Supporting the staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed Assisting with balancing issues and verification of cash outages. Set staff goals, evaluate individual performance, execution of goals, and provide disciplinary actions when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalency) required. 3-5 years of bank teller experience. Supervising and training of employees is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of all basic teller functions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Performing typical financial transactions and teller functions are mandatory.

Requires an advance knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
