As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you’ll handle a variety of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repair, and preventative maintenance needs. This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule approximately one week per month, with additional incentive pay for on-call coverage. Why Lily Brook? Supportive leadership

• On-call incentive pay What You’ll Do Complete work orders and general repairs throughout the community. Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and building repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot equipment and maintenance issues using technical manuals and other resources. Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, event setups, and other facility needs. Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Environmental Services, and other departments. Maintain a safe work environment and follow applicable safety and facility requirements. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 5–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or related building systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, and equipment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Valid, clean New York State driver’s license. HVAC, building maintenance technology, or related certification is a plus. Availability to participate in the rotating on-call schedule and occasional overtime or weekend work.
