About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Piketon Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support to our residents and their families.

Licensed Practical Nurse is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with night shift availability.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and report concerns to the nursing team Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction What We Offer: Pay rate of $23 - $27 per hour Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals Night shift availability for a more relaxed schedule Requirements: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (new graduates welcome to apply!)
