Seller Management - Chinese Seller (Relationship Manager)

Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with top Mandarin speaking Marketplace sellers/owners and representatives Oversee assigned top Marketplace accounts, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth Work closely with stakeholders such as mandarin-speaking sellers to communicate key progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives Evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics Provide in-depth insight on assigned sellers to Category Managers / Team Leads in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the brand’s goals Prepare status reports on multiple accounts Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholders Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred Candidates with 0 to 8 years of experience welcomed to apply Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
