Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary

JENNMAR Civil is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support our operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity for our production, inventory, and customer transactions. This position will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to inventory, production, and customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Procore, Ross ERP software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, verify, and update data in database and software systems. Maintain records related to inventory levels and customer orders. Ensure data integrity by reviewing and correcting errors as needed. Generate and distribute reports to support operational decision-making. Assist with administrative tasks, including electronic document filing and record-keeping.

Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
