This has resulted in the establishment of the RM Evolution programme to progress the integrated strategic systems and associated business transformation and change delivery. The BA role is responsible for the hands-on analysis, process design and process change identification across the Evolution Programme as part of the MSD365 implementation.
The BA will facilitate/hands-on deliver, the detailed progression of the processes and “operating model designs”, and be specifically responsible for marrying the business process design, business informational data model and the detailed solution design. The role will contribute to, and support, business process design, impact assessment and business change planning.
This covering the core processes of: Core Finance Interest-to-Order Order-to-Cash Dispatch-to-invoice Procure-to-Pay Data and Reporting Qualifications The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to support and produce key deliverables including: Key Outputs Functional operating model(s) Capability catalogues Process designs Shared business component designs Business informational models Operational solution designs Standard Operating Procedures Transition solutions Business process roadmaps Migration plans Reports (for example, weekly status report) Process owner day-to-day engagement Business Owner awareness and buy-in What are we looking for?
Experience of ERP Experience of MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Competent analyst, more important to have good inter-personal skills Very patient and prepared to go on the “journey” with the client Sensible enough not to be easily led or influenced away from the common sense path Confident enough to suggest the “best way” based on experience Self-starting, but not unpredictable enough to require a high-level of supervision Flexibility in working practices and the ability to adjust approaches to best meet the demands of the business/people/project Strong ability to empathise with the individuals’ situation and operate in an supportive way Excellent ability to communicate with non-technical persons, business owners and suppliers Skills As well as a competitive salary, you could earn a performance related bonus and you would receive our core benefits package which includes private medical healthcare, life assurance and a Group Personal Pension Plan with higher contribution levels available.
