Summary: This role serves as a critical entry point for individuals with 0–2 years of experience in the ICT field, offering a dynamic opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment. The primary purpose of the position is to provide essential technical support, manage the maintenance of computer systems, handle software deployments, and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

Deliver frontline technical assistance to both internal staff and external clients. Execute the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computer hardware and software systems. Identify and resolve basic information and communication technology (ICT) problems efficiently. Contribute to the upkeep of office network infrastructure and ensure stable internet connectivity.

Facilitate administrative tasks including data entry, record management, and file organization. Ensure the proper utilization and maintenance of the organization's ICT assets. Actively engage in team initiatives and technology-focused projects. Generate and compile straightforward reports and documentation as needed. Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and data security protocols.

Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
