Project Administrator (Procurement & Projects) - Perth, WA

Our client, a leading infrastructure contractor, is seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support procurement and project coordination activities on a major rail infrastructure program in Perth.

About the Role

Working closely with procurement, warehouse and project teams, this role supports the end-to-end procurement and requisition process to ensure materials, equipment and services are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administration professional who enjoys working in fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement requisitions and purchase order processes
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules and quotations
• Support invoice processing and procurement tracking
• Maintain procurement records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate delivery updates with suppliers and project stakeholders
• Support procurement governance and reporting requirements
• Assist with project administration and workflow coordination Requirements
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or project administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using procurement or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Experience within construction, infrastructure or rail environments highly regarded Benefits
